The round follows a $250M Series C at $3B led by Redpoint and T. Rowe Price, and its selection as satellite bus provider for the Pentagon's PTS-G program.

Domo (Nasdaq: DOMO), the Silicon Slopes AI and data-products platform founded by Josh James, agreed to sell substantially all of its assets and employees to Progress Software (Nasdaq: PRGS) for $400M in cash on 7/22/26. The board approved unanimously after a strategic alternatives review; Domo will keep its NASDAQ listing under a new name and ticker, retaining $900M+ in net operating loss carryforwards and ~$246M in net cash. The deal is expected to close by 11/30/26.

The Boring Company, Elon Musk's nine-year-old tunneling startup, is in talks to raise roughly $4B at a $20B valuation, per the Wall Street Journal. The deal has not closed. Its last confirmed round was $675M at $5.7B in 2022 from Vy Capital, Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund, and Valor Capital Group.
