Ramp, the spend management fintech, has raised about $1.85B at roughly a $60B pre-money valuation, co-led by Thrive Capital and Dragoneer Investment Group with Founders Fund participating. It is the third markup inside twelve months: $300M at $32B in November 2025, $750M at $44B in June 2026, and now $60B, which is nearly a doubling since June. Existing backers include Lightspeed Venture Partners, D1 Capital Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, Robinhood Ventures, Stripes, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, T. Rowe Price and ICONIQ.
